If the app shows an old version after an update, reload the page with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on macOS).

To help us reproduce the problem, please include:

1. What you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected.
2. Your Jira site URL (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net).
3. The project and the issue type, and the fields that were not filled.
4. Whether you are a Jira administrator, a project administrator or a regular user, and whether the project is team-managed or company-managed.
5. The exact error message shown by the app, or a screenshot.
6. If the problem is in the Create dialog: open the browser console (F12) and copy the line that starts with [smart-defaults]. It lists the result for each field.

Feature requests

Send them to the same address. Tell us what you are trying to achieve rather than the solution you have in mind — it usually leads to a better fit.
